Tribu Panayanon successfully defends their title as the Dinagyang Festival Ati Tribe Competition Grand Champion, while PintaFlores Festival of San Carlos City takes home the Kasadyahan Regional Competition Grand Champion honors.

The Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, Inc. will not send a delegate for this year's Aliwan Festival, but instead they will perform abroad to promote the festival to the world, in lieu with this year's theme "Bringing More Fun to the World."

The first runner-up Tribu Ilonganon will go to the United States, while the grand champion Tribu Panayanon will go to Canada and Singapore.
