The maiden search for Miss Teen Iloilo is organized by Pinanubli Organization, Inc., an association of young professionals coming from different fields of interests gathered for one common passion of preserving and promoting Philippines cultural heritage and creating a platform for youth development.
Miss Teen Iloilo 2015 is the premiere province-wide search for the next youth role model who believes in the importance of Iloilo cultural heritage and has in-depth knowledge of issues facing the youth today.
It also aims to discover and prepare Ilongga teens who have potential to be future beauty queens representing Iloilo City and province in major pageants in the country and abroad.
The finalists for coronation night on Saturday are Allyza Jan Agustin, Christine Ann Coloso, Ma. Cristine Sabano, Dea Nicole Sinoy, Stephanie Sumagaysay, Kate Moneva, Hanna Vien Balsomo, Pauline Silguera, Clarissa Tio and Beatriz Gerochi.
Candidates No. 1, 2, 3: Allyza Jan Agustin, Christine Ann Coloso, Ma. Cristine Sabano.
Candidates No. 4, 5, 6: Dea Nicole Sinoy, Stephanie Sumagaysay, Kate Moneva.
Candidates No. 7, 8, 9, 10: Hanna Vien Balsomo, Pauline Silguera, Clarissa Tio and Beatriz Gerochi.
"These ten lovely contestants will be the ones to carry the banner of Iloilo City in national competitions," said Pinanubli president and pageant organizer Sid Villa.
The winner of Miss Teen Iloilo will serve as ambassadress in promoting Iloilo, and be a spokesperson of Pinanubli Organization.
