Megaworld Corporation, developer of Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao district, is in urgent need of 7 Property Consultants for their projects.

Iloilo Business Park is a sprawling 72-hectare mixed-use development project which will have world-class hotels, a commercial area, a modern lifestyle mall, BPO office buildings, and Iloilo Convention Center that can accommodate thousands of people at a time. It will also provide recreational facilities and a transportation hub, all at the heart of the new growth center in the Visayas.

Qualifications:

1. Is able to communicate effectively
2. Hardworking
3. Comfortable in working at the field
4. Can handle pressure
5. Having a wide range of connections is a plus
6. Pleasing personality
7. A background in sales is a plus
8. Can work effectively in teams
9. Ages 20-26
10. Preferrably a graduate of Marketing or any related course
