Mabilog said a joint memorandum circular (JMC) No. 1 Seriesof 2010 of the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Interior and Local government provided the guidelines for streamlining the business permit and licensing system in cities and municipalities in accordance with the service standards consistent with Republic Act 9485 known as the Anti Red Tape Act of 2007.
