Enchanted Kingdom soon in Iloilo?

Enchanted Kingdom, the best theme park in the Philippines, will reportedly open its first branch outside Luzon in Iloilo.

With land area of 17 hectares, Enchanted Kingdom is the country's biggest amusement park located in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, about 39 kilometers from Manila. The park is managed and operated by Enchanted Kingdom Inc.

Facebook user Chino Gaspar first broke the news via social media on Tuesday, June 9, posting that the Enchanted Kingdom - Iloilo will be put up in Savannah Subdivision in Pavia-Oton-San Miguel, Iloilo.

"The long wait is over...something BIG, something FUN and something MAGICAL will soon rise in ILOILO, the Original "QUEEN CITY OF THE SOUTH", opening its first theme park outside Luzon. ENCHANTED KINGDOM at SAVANNAH CITY, the Magic lives on!," he posted.

The official announcement will be made next month of July, Gaspar added.

Great news, indeed, if this is true. Let's wait for the official announcement on the details of this project that will surely boost Iloilo.
