Zum Iloilo launches E-trikes

Three-wheel electric tricycles or E-trikes were launched here Friday by Zum Iloilo in their new showroom in Brgy. Calubihan, Mandurriao district.

Senate President Franklin M. Drilon and Mayor Jed Patrick E. Mabilog led the opening ceremony of Emotors Inc., the country’s first manufacturer and assembler of electric three-wheel vehicle, as it unveiled its newest dealership, Zum Iloilo and the E-trikes.

Emotors is the first to be registered with the country’s Executive Order 226 or Investment Priority Plan supporting one of President Benigno Aquino III’s thrusts to clean the environment, lessen pollution, and clean the air.
