Iloilo Gateway Hotel to rise in Pavia

The municipality of Pavia will soon be home to a 'major hotel project' as Iloilo Gateway Hotel was launched on Thursday, September 8.


Mayor Mike Gorriceta, who was the guest speaker in the groundbreaking ceremony at Barangay Mali-ao, expressed his excitement for the first major hotel project in his town.

Managed by Kauswagan Management & Development Corporation, Iloilo Gateway Hotel will rise in a 5,000-square meter property along the national highway in Barangay Maliao.




Another development project of KMDC, a subsidiary company of Taytay sa Kauswagan Incorporated (TSKI) in providing employment to the Ilonggo community and to continue its service to the micro entrepreneur clients we serve..

Mr. Angel De Leon of TSKI-KMDC said that the hotel will have 80 rooms, and also spaces for business process outsourcing (BPO) locators, and will feature furniture made by TSKI's assisted local enterprises like the nito woven furniture.
